Real estate disclosures are inconsistent, patchy and hard to compare.

An AI agent can read them and put the results in a table in minutes, to support your decision making. An expert from your team still has to decide what the table means and check that the output is correct.

Katie Neck and Dr Sophie Taysom build and run a live agent on a sample portfolio of 4 assets owned by an unlisted company: an office, a logistics warehouse, a mixed-use building and a build to rent scheme. The data points follow the GRESB Real Estate Assessment indicators.

Who it's for

Reading EPCs and asset-level reports at volume.

Advisory and engineering professionals

No coding needed

You don't need any prior AI or coding knowledge.

You need a paid Claude Pro account

We build the agent in Claude. Set up Claude Pro before session 1.

What's included

Two sessions. You register once.

1

Build your agent

Wednesday 18 November, 4.30 to 6pm UK time

We build and run the agent live. Between sessions, you try it on public reports of your choice.

2

Test it and improve it

Wednesday 25 November, 4.30 to 6pm UK time

We review your output, troubleshoot common issues, add a new data point, and cover how to use the agent in practice.

What you walk away with

A working AI agent you can run on your own documents. It has built-in checks that make its output easier to verify, and you get a repeatable method for building another one. You get the exact prompt and a step-by-step tutorial for an agent that can:

  • Read a batch of asset-level reports, including EPCs
  • Extract the same data points from each (energy, emissions, certifications, targets, climate risk), with a page reference for every value
  • Mark anything missing as “not disclosed” instead of guessing
  • Flag where figures can’t be compared, such as different emissions boundaries, area measures or reporting years

What we cover

  • How to structure the instructions: role, inputs, steps, checks and output
  • How to catch made-up outputs, and why “not disclosed” is a finding
  • Where figures look comparable but aren’t
  • Where human judgement has to step in, and what to do before the table informs a decision
  • Testing the agent on your own reports
