What it is

Two live 90-minute sessions on Zoom, where Katie Neck, Founder of Sustained Futures, and Dr Sophie Taysom, Founder and CEO of Keyah, build an AI agent that turns a stack of real estate sustainability reports into one comparison table. They build it on a sample portfolio of 4 assets, with data points that follow the GRESB Real Estate Assessment indicators. Both sessions are recorded.

  • Session 1, Wednesday 18 November 2026, 4.30 to 6pm UK time: build and run the agent live, then try it on public reports between sessions.
  • Session 2, Wednesday 25 November 2026, 4.30 to 6pm UK time: review the output, troubleshoot common issues, add a new data point, and cover how to use the agent in practice.

What I'll bring back

A working AI agent I can run on our documents, with the exact prompt and a step-by-step tutorial. It reads a batch of asset-level reports including EPCs, extracts energy, emissions, certifications, targets and climate risk with a page reference for every value, marks anything missing as “not disclosed” instead of guessing, and flags figures that can't be compared, such as different emissions boundaries, area measures or reporting years. I'll also have a repeatable method for building the next one.

The sessions cover where human judgement has to step in and how to check the output before a table informs a decision. Only sample documents and public reports are used, so no confidential client data leaves [Your organisation].
