Approach

From awareness to action.

01

Awareness

Adobe came to Sustained Futures wanting to understand the relationship between young people, technology access, and SME adoption barriers, with sessions introducing business acumen, social value, and DE&I to give cohort and client a shared language for the work ahead.

02

Focus

The programme surfaced SME market insights that Adobe's internal teams had not previously captured, with participants providing direct input into sales strategy and inclusivity thinking.

03

Act

Cohort members translated learning into pitches to local businesses, generating real market intelligence for Adobe's strategy and creating live work experience for the participants.

Sustained Futures allowed us to understand young people's thought processes and drivers. This experience has supported our thinking in developing new sales strategy and product positioning for the SME market, whilst offering real-life work experience for young people.

Jordan Barry

Head of Business Development, Adobe UK

The goal was to assess how Adobe products support social impact, mobility, and tech skills.
