Awareness

Participants reviewed current and emerging shifts in regulation, market expectations, and client demand. Explored how comparable firms were responding and where Shoosmiths sat within the sector, with honest exploration of the structural and cultural blockers to progress.

Focus

With a foundation of climate fluency established, the programme shifted into focus. Participants worked through scenario-based exercises mapping the firm's leadership role on ESG and where the strategic gaps were.

Act

Each participant committed to 3.8 action pledges on average and engaged in 1:1 mentorship to translate intent into measurable change at board level.
