Commissioned to benchmark capability across Live and Experiential teams, with 100+ surveys and interviews completed worldwide. UK and Middle East offices identified as the priority cohorts for first-wave delivery.

Employees showed high intent and strong personal commitment, but lacked tools, with only 5% confidence to deliver. 32 Future Skills mapped across departments, with two role-specific academies designed: Circularity as Competitive Advantage (run for 26 employees) and Carbon Fundamentals (in delivery to 30+ employees across global offices).
