Awareness
Workshop sessions covered Vision 2030, nature and wellness, future careers, green skills, local leadership, and women's health, all designed to build foundational understanding in those key areas.

Focus
Participants developed personal and professional skills through actions. They built confidence, strengthened networking and collaboration abilities, and explored future mapping. Vision boards helped participants visualise their goals and pathways.

Act
The final stage centred on applying green and future skills in practice. Participants enhanced their presenting skills, mapped their competencies, and took on ambassadorial roles linked to the United Nations and Vision 2030.
