Changemakers Collective
Employer letter
[Date]
Dear [Manager's name, or To whom it may concern],
On behalf of Sustained Futures, I'd like to invite [Your name] to join the Changemakers Collective, and to ask for your support in funding their place from [Your organisation]'s professional development budget.
The Changemakers Collective is where impact professionals learn to use AI in their work, and to use it responsibly. It is led by Katie Neck, the only global Ambassador to Anthropic for climate change and sustainability. It starts with a 6-week live AI accelerator, then continues with sessions every week and every month, designed to fit around a full-time role.
About Sustained Futures
Sustained Futures is an AI and sustainability upskilling company, founded in April 2023, which has upskilled 6,000+ people across 22 countries. We are nominated for the 2026 Earthshot Prize, founded by HRH Prince William. We have delivered programmes for Arsenal FC, Dyson, Adobe, Shoosmiths, SailGP, PIF and The King's Trust.
In our AI Accelerator, every participant moved up at least one AI maturity level, and 40% moved up two or more. Participants rated it 4.6 out of 5, and the average likelihood to recommend it to a colleague was 90%. They finished having shipped real changes to their own work, from automating the working week to building their own tools.
Why this matters now
The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025 found that employers expect 39% of workers' core skills to change by 2030, with AI and big data the fastest-growing skills. Most teams already use AI. The open questions are how to use it responsibly, what it costs in energy and emissions, and where it can move climate and social impact work forward. [Your name] will come back with working answers, built on [Your organisation]'s own work.
What [Your name] will do
- Onboarding. An AI level setter to find their starting level, and a 1:1 onboarding call with the Sustained Futures team.
- The 6-week live AI accelerator. Six live sessions of 1.5 hours, one a week, applied to their own work, finishing with an AI playbook the team can use. The next cohort starts Monday 18 January 2027.
- The Collective. A weekly AI briefing from Katie Neck and Wins Wednesday drop-ins; a monthly masterclass and responsible AI clinic, a live build studio and a Pioneer expert session; ongoing AI level check-ins; a use case portal, recordings and a 1:1 mentor call; and in-person coffee and climate mornings and flagship events.
What it costs
The founding price, for places paid by 31 December 2026, is £950 plus VAT in the UK, or $1,250 outside the UK. From 1 January 2027 it is £1,500 plus VAT, or $1,975. It is one payment, which includes the accelerator, and the place renews each year for the Collective until it is cancelled, which can be done online at any time. A VAT invoice is issued on payment, and we can address an invoice to [Your organisation] on request. Registered charities and not-for-profits can apply for 30% off.
Our ask
We are asking for your support, as [Your name]'s employer, to fund their place. It gives [Your organisation] someone inside the team who can set how AI is used responsibly, measure what it costs, and apply it to your climate and social commitments.
If you have any questions about the programme, or need an invoice addressed to [Your organisation], email hello@sustainedfutures.com.
Kind regards,
Katie Neck
